Dispute Specialist
Beata Wiśniewska-Kloc
Experience in the clash with the official machine
Beata Wiśniewska-Kloc joined Sarmatia Risk Control in November 2019. For 9 years she worked in public administration, which allows her today to look at every dispute through the eyes of an official. She knows exactly where gaps most often appear in documentation that controllers use to impose penalties. In 2023 alone, she conducted 47 cases concerning account blocks in the STIR system, most of which were successfully clarified in less than 14 business days. Concrete defense starts with her from an analysis of facts, not from quoting paragraphs that no one understands.
Her work is primarily real action in crisis situations. When the Tax Office freezes funds in a company's account, Beata takes over communication with the tax administration chamber. In March 2024, she helped a construction materials wholesaler from around Świdnik unblock 124,000 PLN, which had been halted due to an error in the classification of export goods. She acts quickly because offices don't wait, and every hour of delay is a real loss of cash for an entrepreneur and a risk of losing financial liquidity.
She specializes in difficult cases where standard letters from lawyers do not bring results. Beata doesn't promise miracles, but she guarantees that documents will leave the company without formal errors. Honestly, officials often look for the easiest way to close a case — her task is to show them that the company is prepared and knows its rights. Peace in the company appears when the owner knows that to every letter from the Lublin Customs and Tax Office, a sharp and substantive answer will be sent within 3.2 hours of delivering the documents to the office.
At Sarmatia Risk Control, she also deals with auditing internal procedures. In April 2024, she implemented a new document workflow system in a transport company employing 18 drivers. Thanks to this, the time for preparing responses to ITD summons was shortened from 4 days to just 1.5 days. This is the end of stress with inspections, because all authorizations and protocols are always at hand, ready to be shown at the first visit of an inspector to the company headquarters on Lipowa Street.
Besides, officials are also people; you just need to know which door to open first and what arguments matter to them. Beata focuses on pragmatism. If she sees that the chances of winning are small, she says it straight away at the first meeting. She doesn't string people along with hopeless processes, but looks for a way to minimize the financial penalty. Her approach resulted in 23% of our current clients coming to SRC on the recommendation of other companies that Beata pulled out of trouble after cross-checks in 2022.
Outside of working with documents, Beata ensures that clients understand the processes they participate in. Once a month, she prepares a short summary of changes in regulations for the 83 companies we constantly serve. These are not boring lectures, but specific checklists: what needs to be checked in invoices so as not to be exposed to sanctions. This allows building security for years, and not just putting out fires when an official knocks on the door. Book 20 minutes for a letter analysis and find out what your real options are in your case.
