How we act in case of sudden inspections
Our team consists of 5 people who have been analyzing administrative decisions issued by Lublin offices since 2017. When a case of potential business closure reaches us, we finish the first document analysis within 3.2 hours. We don't write long essays. We focus on the hard regulations of the Code of Administrative Procedure. We check if the controller had the authority to issue such a decision and if the evidence was collected according to the law. Your rights during an official's visit
Many entrepreneurs do not know that an inspection must be entered in the inspection log, and the official is obliged to show their ID. Peace in the company starts with knowing the procedures. If an inspection is already underway and you feel it's heading in the wrong direction, note every behavior of the controller. We will use these notes when writing the appeal. Costs and response time
We respond to reports from Monday to Thursday from 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM, and on Fridays until 3:00 PM. We are not the cheapest in Lublin — the rate for analyzing a difficult case starts at 390 PLN net. However, the cost of a one-week closure of a medium-sized company is usually 4,500 PLN and up, not counting the loss of customers. Honestly, not every case can be won, but we will always find a way for you to function legally until the case is cleared. We currently handle 14 active proceedings to suspend administrative decisions.
