Terms of service — Sarmatia Risk Control

These terms define the rules under which the Sarmatia Risk Control (SRC) office helps companies in relations with offices. Our headquarters is located in Lublin at ul. Lipowa 4. By using this site or ordering a letter analysis, you accept the following rules. We are not a law firm, but a GR consulting office specializing in crisis situations. Our work consists of building dialogue with the regulator and protecting your business from administrative suspension of activities.

Offices don't wait, which is why we also act quickly. All advice published in our knowledge base is general. A concrete defense starts only after both parties sign an order to conduct a given case. Honestly, every inspection is different and requires a reliable check of documents before taking steps. (Heads-up: most penalties can be significantly reduced if errors in the protocol are caught within the first 3 hours of the inspector's visit).

On our website, we provide a calculator that allows you to check the approximate cost of an audit or document analysis. The calculator result is not an offer in the sense of law, but only preliminary information. We will give you the exact amount after reviewing your problem. We usually charge a flat fee of 385 PLN for analyzing a single summons from an office. This allows our advisors, like Marek or Beata, to dedicate time to finding weak points in the official's argument.

Payments for services are made on the basis of a VAT invoice with a payment deadline set in the order. We do not add hidden fees for short telephone consultations during an open case. The end of stress with inspections also means clear finances for us. If, after a preliminary analysis, we consider the risk of a penalty to be low and you can handle it yourself, we will tell you straight. We value a concrete approach and the time of our 47 active clients, which is why we issue invoices only for real consulting work performed.

When we undertake to defend your company, we guarantee the reaction time specified in the offer — usually it is 4 business hours to prepare the first response. Your duty is to provide us with all the true facts concerning the case. If you hide important documents from previous Sanepid or ITD inspections from us, our help may be ineffective. We act based on current regulations and official practice applied in the Lublin region. Peace in the company is built on hard evidence, not on empty promises.

Sarmatia Risk Control is responsible for the diligent handling of your cases before the regulator. We do not take responsibility for the decisions of offices over which we have no direct influence, but we guarantee that we will use every procedural gap to protect your account from blocking. Our financial responsibility is limited to the amount of remuneration paid for a given service. Most cases in which we intervene end with a reduction of penalties by at least 31% thanks to the rapid straightening out of errors in inspection protocols.

Since 2017, we have been gathering experience from real disputes and turning them into practical knowledge for Lublin entrepreneurs.
