Robert Nowosad founded Sarmatia Risk Control in 2017 in Lublin. Previously, he worked in the tax administration for 11 years. He got to know the inspection mechanisms from the inside. He knows how officials build their arguments and where they most often make procedural errors. In 2023 alone, he led 43 inspection proceedings for local transport and construction companies. In October 2024, he helped a wholesaler from near Lublin unblock an account seized by the STIR system. The case was critical because it threatened loss of financial liquidity for 14 employees. In July 2024, he fought for the waiver of a PIP fine for a logistics company, demonstrating errors in the inspection protocol on 14 pages of justification. (By the way, Robert believes that most inspections can be passed calmly if the order in the papers is done before, and not during the official's visit). Peace in the company is a primary goal for him, which he achieves through the precise application of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
